Hello, This Is Ankit Sharma I would like to complaint against Rediff Shopping because on 20-Aug-2014 I have purchased a K series combo trousers on rediffshopping by payment of 1299 rs via online payment from SBI Bank. My order number is -10288646 now 11 days has been passed but i have not recieved my order & till now I have no information about my order status I have send many mails to its customer support team but they are not responding, please take some actions soon. I want that If they cannot dispatch my order so they can refund my money i.e. 1299
