Dear Concern, I have booked a mobile from Indiatimes Shopping karbonn-titanium-s19-white with worth of Rs. 8280/- with order no. 3003458074 and the expected delivery date was on 29-08-2014 (thereafter it has been modified it to 30/082014). I have talked to Indiatimes shopping customer care, but they are committing any expected delivery date. On there website, Fedex tracking number was there (Fedex Tracking No. 770923351607 ). According to fedex (When I talked to them), they has lost the product. Now, I want my order cancellation with my money back and a claim amount of Rs, 10000/
