Luxekart.com Sold Defective Shirt

had purchased 3 “Burberry” shirts from luxekart.com on 6th Aug 2014. The apparel arrived within a week . One of the shirts was defective , had a hole in it . One was not the design I had ordered and the third was 2 sizes larger than what I had ordered. They claim to deal in authentic “Burberry” apparel but the poor quality indicated them to be fakes. I felt cheated , so instead of replacement I asked for a refund . The shirts were collected from my home on 21st Aug and I was promised a refund within a week. Within a couple of days 2 of the shirts were couriered back to me. The exact same defected shirts that I had returned. just that I had gotten one shirt less. I complained again and was again promised a refund within a week . Its been more than 2 weeks. Now they have stopped responding to my mails, phone calls or whatsapp texts.

The money that I have paid . Thats it . Nothing else. I am very much willing to return the shirts. They are as they came , packed , along with all the tags attached . Not even worn once. Not even tried once.
