Ebay India – Faulty product reverse pickup delayed forever

I received a faulty product from ebay. i opened a claim and the claim number is 642537. As per the conversation with the claims team, they said they will arrange a reverse pickup through FEDEX. Now the customer support person tells that they cant arrange it and i need to do it. They had already arranged it and i have attached the documents to prove it. Now they are backing out. Please help me get my refund back.

had called customer care and they routed me to the FEDEX department. i called FEDEX and they routed me back to Ebay. Then Ebay provided me with a faulty Pickup number which was incorrect and FEDEX said that they didnt arrange a pickup but only sent the label and invoice details to me. i am attaching the complete details in the complaint
