I purchased asus laptop from snapdeal.com in which it was written 3 years of warranty but later on when i went to customer support of asus they said that it has only 1 year of warranty. Snapdeal just cheated on me by providing me false information.
economic damage incur as i went to asus service center from there i went to the actual retailer and then i come to know the fact that it was snapdeal mistake and no physical damage but my laptop is no longer be as special as it was and also the value of laptop fallen due to only 1 year of warranty.
compensate my whole money with the penalty of providing false information and misleading me also my time wasted because of mailing them but they do not understand my problem never call on the number which i gave them everytime in my mails. So they had given me mental stress also. In short now i am not going to leave them easily till I received satisfactory compensation amount.
