I have submitted mine karbonn mobile Titanium S1 on the date 18th August 2014 with Job Card no.K210. mine handset is in warranty & had a problem of touch screen. Form then to till now I have asked them several times that when will I get mine handset back, they have only one answer that part is not available with the company. So kindly guide me what course of action you can do for a such fraud company. I have all required documents.
I have visited service Center around 4 times and wasted mine valuable time and money. I would like to ask them for a compensation of rupees 10000.or replacement of the handset if the part is not available with them.
