I am Jain K Joseph. mobile no : 9496345xxx My mobile has already been activated as do not disturb (DND). But I have got SMS from bsnlsouth.netxcell.com on 31/08/2014 having a web link and OTP password. When I clicked on the link, it went to a page. I never entered the OTP password mentioned. But I got a message from BSNLCG as JPG9S billed as per my consent and charged Rs 9/-, and advice to unsubscribe, send STOP to 155223. And I did the same and got reference number and a message as it will deactivate within 4 hours. But still BSNL is charging Rs 9/- in every three days. And I sent STOP message 4 times and I got 4 reference numbers. But it never deactivated. So I tried to contact customer care at 9447024xxx. But I can’t connect with this customer care. Compliant registered reference numbers for JPG9S are: 30004581901, 30004627343, 30004652371 and 3004791939 so I have sent complaint email to bznl complient registration cell email address : gmclt@bsnl.co.in and pgcellkerala@bsnl.co.in but no reply since now.

I want to turn off the JPG9S felicity and compensation as rules of telephone regulatory authority of India.
