I ordered product #10149565 on August 20, 2014 & received defective product from YEPME they asked me to dispatch the product back to their warehouse which I did after few days yepme said they have not received the product in-fact sending the proof of courier’s website screenshots and the receipts. On 8th September I was provided a new reference# 995587 assured that I will receive the replacement products but its been 19th September I have not received the product. So I re-called the yepme customer care rep. they said we are unable to send the replacement but we will refund the money apparently the rep started Arguing with me he said we will not give you replacement but we will refund money. The product I ordered was costing more than 500 RS the refund they are willing to give was 300rs which I declined but the rep said do whatever you want we will not send you the replacements will be sending you the refund 300. There was an unprofessional talk Yepme has hired all fraud people and looting people for their money. I have read their reviews this is a fraud company This people are sitting in DELHI those are all gundas. I complained this on Facebook infact the people who are taking care of facebook from yepme.com are careles.
