Flipkart.com – Product not delivered – Review

I have bought a Xiaomi mi 10400 power bank from flipkart.com on 23rd August, 2014. They have shipped the product on 3rd Sept, 2014. They informed me that will be delivered by 9/9/14 and also provided with track id. But the product didn’t reach to me on that day. So I have talked to them on 9th and they say it will take 4 more working days, and would be delivered to me within 13/9/14. But it didn’t. So I had called them once again, and they asked form 2 more days and told me that they will inform me about exact status of my complaint with in 24hr. But they didn’t and after not receiving the product on 15/9/14 I once again called them Shankar Sharma of flipkart told me that they have rescheduled the delivery without informing me and the product will be delived on 19/9/14 within 12:30pm and sent me mail assuring the same. But they failed once again and I have to call them back. Sreeja from flipkart told me she once again launching a complaint and let me know the status within 4:30pm. But she did not and i called them again and till now their is no response from their side. It is already being a 10 days delay.

I want my product as early as possible and Rs. 5000 as pelanty from flipkart.
