How ShopClues.com Shipped Poor Quality Product, No Refund ?

I ordered LG L90 dual Black on 2 sep 2014 and it as delivered on 5 Sep 2014. The product is defective and the complaint for return was raised on 15 Sep 2014. The company is refusing to return the money saying that the complain should be registered within 10 days of delivery. this is sheer case of looting.

I the product is worth 13 thousand and it is aloes for me . Also, the mental stress because of the no support from shop clues.

I want my money to be refunded and the product to be returned as they haave delivered a defective product.
