Dear sir I bought a mobile phone micromax canvas magnus a117 on 4th march 2014 but later i found mobile repeadiatly hanged and automaticaly vibrade few days later i reported to company service center they done their job and assure me now phone is ok and issue is resolve just 2 days latsr same problem exist Again i submitted my hands to service center on 02.09.2014 But after 18 days later i did not receive my phone only they are sending me mail they are looking after my issue on priority basis..i am not satisfy with their response
I feel its a zero value of my investment of Rs 12000/- approx even company is not responding my call..
Refund which i invested for purchase approx Rs12000
