I bought canvas turbo a250 two months ago and yesterday its touch stopped working partially near the right bottom corner..i inquired in the service center and they said it will taker 20-22 days to get the replacement parts..In advertisement they promise faster and genuine service but the reality is quite different here.what i am gonna do without phone for a whole month..they use cheap items in their products and fool customer and plus they dont provide them proper service

I want to be redeemed with cash back or new phone as suitable.
