I am using Standard Chartered Bank credit card past 2 years. I got credit card loan based on my card usage and repayments, StanChart bank provided above 3 lakh loan, last 09-08-2014 i was fore close my card loan through bill desk , before that I got a conformation from customer care they told your next due and service tax and foreclosure charges and outstanding put together amount is 277710, and customer care executive told your payment we have to receive after 3 working days only so you call and conform and make a request.

I was called after 3 working days and got a conformation through customer care they told we take a request and fore close your card loan now your payment is nil and NOC letter will come after 10 working day’s but till i am not received. today 20-09-2014 i got sms from scb bank your outstanding balance 11703. Please pay, so immediately i was contact customer care ask about the details they told now only we take a request and reverse your charges and fore close your loan with in 24 hours and they given reference number is 201409120924. I want mail conformation my card loan closed or not and when i will get my NOC letter conform me.
