I use an LG airconditioner,in the month of July I filed a complain with LG that my AC is not working,the engineer from LG came and replaced a part after charging money from me,still the AC is not working in fact now it trips in every one hour I am harassed since July I have called up the call centre many times to no avail pls help

I paid Rs.2000 for the part replacement still my AC has fault for the same since my AC was not working I had a purchase a second hand AC for Rs.11000 which I had to spend from my hard earned saving

I want my LG AC to be repaired without paying anything this extra as I have already paid once and want a compensation of Rs.11000 for mental and economic harassment
