Samsung Mobile – WIFI not working

Due to various problems in my mobile,I had sent my mobile to dealer to send to service center. I sent it thrice during warranty period. For WIFI &Various Buttons and other problems. During warranty period,but they did not solved the problems in spite of keeping more than a week with them every time. But after warranty they are telling me to replace various parts including mother board. For that they are telling me to pay Rs.8885/. This is my business phone.But during these 3 months most of the time it was in service center only.I personally visited center several times and asked them about why it is not getting repaired & problems are coming again & again.But now they are asking for charges.It was their duty to repair it properly during warranty period. If they had repaired why it has not worked ever properly.After long discussion they told me they had upgraded soft ware & sent back. Now they only are telling that for these type of problems you need to change Mother board & other parts.Than why they didn’t changed in warranty period & just upgraded the soft Ware? This is my business mobile and expensive too. My daily work being affected badly. I request you to find solution and repair my mobile soon.

I want they repair my mobile properly. Give the proper service which they have not given in a warranty period. For causing trouble to me I tell them to pay compensation of Rs.5,00000.
