Hi,i have bought Sukam battery and invert r in march-2014 with a warranty of 1 year. Initially battery used to give m backup of 4-5 hours but now i am getting only half an hour backup.I called customer care on 29/08/2014 with complaint number :vide n0.-15082958532.They promised me to take action within 2 days.Since than i have called up 6 times and gets the same reply.
