my order no ADR5736017 dated 09/08/2014 has not been shipped & also not informed to me & money was not refunded back in my account. When i requested them to credit the amount back in my account, the did so but still full amount has not been credited in my bank account yet even after requesting again at customer care. May be they are making money wid customers rupees buy not shipping their orders & cancelling them without any information to customers.

I want my whole purchase amount amount back with interest. Also a total sum of Rs 10000/- for the mental trauma i suffered with.
