Flipkart – Courier partner not able deliver product

I ordered a 10g gold coin from flipkart on 6th October, 2014 and the order got placed successfully. The money was also deducted from my credit card. But the next day, I got a message saying the order has been cancelled since the courier partner was not able to deliver the product to me. I have sent a mail saying I can take delivery from their place. However, they are not responding to the mail.

The gold rates got increased in the mean time and I incur a loss because of this refund. I would have bought gold in a physical store, if the order was not accepted.
