i have my policy with kotak smart advantage no. uin-107l043v01 on dated 23/02/2010 in the name of harshvardhan at d-1/201a ashok nagar extension east of loni road shahdra delhi-110093
i was told the policy term annually 6,000/-per annum by sanjay kumar kotak mahindra branch office preet vihar delhi-110092 which later on the promises as well as committment were found fake after i recieved bond at home .
i immediatelly informed through email tried to contact him many a times but he is not responding even though i had given him blank cheque which he himself wrote the details as well as incomplete or wrong information in the application form like mobile no and email so that i could not get the real information about the policy you are requested to kindly change the policy amount terms annually pls

Dear Madam / Sir,
Tthis is the Mail regarding your Mis-usage of unwanted telephonic calls from your Customer Support Executive.
Indeed I have told them clearly many times that I am not interested any of the plans but still they continuously trying to harass me on the phone. At times I was travelling, in the emergency meetings, busy scheduled and engagements It got very much an hindrance in my day to day lives. I requested several times on the phone call that please stop calling but calls has not stopped even it got increasing day by day.
(One Mr.Rizwan) and Delhi Customer support executive said Boss you can complain any time but we could not stop the calls. So I am very fed up and like to complain first to you. Indeed I am myself an MBA from a Premier Institute and very much aware of complianing Formats, so firstly I would like to complain directly to the Company and if still no actions being taken I will directly complain to the consumer court department with details of all the calls received from your Delhi office no.`s and even I can move and write to media people too since I do have my coulegues working in the same department.
So I would firstly request so to kindly do the necessary action and my details mentioned in undersigned.
