I’ve ordered Moto E (2 in Qty.) on Flipkart on 06-Oct-2014. Order Id is OD000941997089044400. Without informing me, Flipkart has cancelled my order saying its a duplicate order. I intentionally purchased that item and i know that it is not duplicate. I spoke to around 4 customer care executives and one senior manager and i spent around 1 hour just talking to them to resolve the issue. No one was able to solve the problem. They also told me that one can’t order more than 1 item, if that is the case, the system should not allow me doing so in first case.

I want to get monetary relief of what i could have saved if my order got delivered which is 4000/-.
