sir,i purchesed micromax x252 from PERFECT TELECOM mukhrjee nager on date 4/08/2014.but deu to the poor quality of handset it’s sim trey dameged when i was enter sim card on it.after that i want to micromax service center(AVJ COMMUNICATION)there they told me that it is physical damage & charged me rs. 550 (as bill no.4900) on date 12/09/2014.after that when i received my phone it has network problem due to phone.from last 1 month service center only provide me jobshares not mobile.they always telling me new date for my phone delivery.due to it i am mental harassed & feeling like touched & they don’t received my phone & that behavior of service center staff is not good about me…sir plz do some hing to me.thank u.
