I booked a hotel from goIbibo and payed and got a confirmation mail for the same. Money was also deducted from my account on September 18, 2014. I got an email telling that my hotel is not available and will be upgraded, they offered me many choices which were far worse than the hotel i booked. Now refund of my booking has been initiated without my consent.

I had to cancel my trip including train tickets last minute witch caused me nearly INR 1000, along with the bank interest of the money held by goIbibo for a month nearly. I have been under mental tension for more than a week due to uncertainty of my travel, last minute changes and booking trip to some other place caused me 20K extra for hotel booking.
