Snapdeal had unilaterally cancelled my order # 3033858781. I have never called to cancel but to misguide me they are saying somebody called from other than my registered mobile number. It was clearly a false claim. The least they could have done was a call to my registered mobile. Detailed Mail correspondence attached.

i was humiliated and lost lot of time in dealing with these guys. Making some false promise there by getting huge orders and giving statements of turnover details to simply increase the market value of the brand. customers are exploited.
