webhosting shut down without any reason though service still active

I represent groutech engineers pvt. ltd., a pvt. ltd. company, operating out of kolkata. We signed up for webhosting service, wherein the provider provides us webspace to host out website and emails with Manashosting.

Our domain is valid till 07/11/2010, after which we need to renew the same with the provider. On 7th august, we were unable to access our emails and raised a troubleshooting ticket no: GPA-607195 with the service provider’s technical support team. The technical support team informed us that billing department have shut down our website and so we are unable to access emails.

Subsequently, we raised a ticket no: RWP-978857 with the billing department. To pursue the matter when we called the provider, they claimed that we did not pay and so our website was shut down. Over the phone we provided them with the receipt no: MHBC2009-292087 which proved that we paid for the service and the same is supposed to be active till 07/11/2010.

In the interim, we lost a lot of important communication in the form of emails. We intimated the same to the service provider. Our services were reinstated afterwards, but our loss of communication has not been addressed by the service provider.
