Hi all, I had bought Xolo Q1011 mobile on 14th july and I Didn’t use it much after one month i got problem in memory card slot I gave my mobile to the Bangalore Rajaji service centre at first they told U will be getting within 15 to 20 days but still i didn’t get it whenever i am calling to the service centre they are responding properly. it is totally worst service by the Xolo care

In my Honest Opinion, Xolo has worst service ever. it’s exactly one month since I’ve been submitted my mobile at xolo service center and still its showing work in progress. And main thing is that i’ve already SUBMITTED this mobile “3 times before for same problem” & the problem is STILL NOT RESOLVED. extremely worse !!!

Work order No. 310000766788 Name:- Bhavin Gandhi XOLO X910 ( IMEI No. 911246800031574) is given for repair on 19/09/2014 to Macro Mobile Goregaon, Mumbai and today is 17/10/2014 still i have not received my phone back. kindly provide my phone as early as possible otherwise i will lodge complain to Pehredar CNBC Awaaj against your Company.
