i had placed on order on 22nd of Oct’14 (Order ID – OD20108508968221330). The expected delivery date they gave me was 29th of Oct, but i didn’t received the same till 31st. When called they took a complaint and assured me that the issue will be resolved by 3rd of Nov, but again when i found no trace of the delivery i called up and requested to cancel the order. The associate who had taken the call responded me saying that either we will have to refund your amount in Flipkart wallet (which means you will have to spend that money on flipkart itself against your will) or if you want that to be refunded to your account then you will have to provide me your account detail. As per my understanding no one in India or anywhere is supposed to share his/er account detail on call. Now i don’t know whether any action will be taken against this fraudulent company or not but please try to make it. Thanks, Nitish.
