MTS MBlaze Internet Frequent Disconnection

My MTS Data card disconnect every minute and speed is too slow since July’14. We complaints so many time since July on their customer care as (in july, 03/09/14, 07/10/14, 08/10/14). In last they told me that problem is from MTS side and cannot resolve in near future and we can’t do any thing. Problem they told is ((indoor coverage are. No solution)). They also told us that, bill amount wave off will be provided to us.

MTS DATA CARD NO IS : 9136411629. Despite of their service problem, We paid full bill amount since July 2014 till Oct 2014. It is very painful experience with MTS when we connect MTS data card in every minute after disconnecting.

We want full amount to return back by MTS from July 2014 till Oct’2014 which we paid to MTS @ 561 per month
