I had placed two orders numbered 402-5867783-123551 (Nokia Lumia 625)on 15-10-14and 402-0688xxx-4436xxx (To kill a mocking bird)on 10-10-14 amount Rs. 8999/- and Rs. 157/- respectively. The due date of delivery as promised were 1-11-14 and 20-10-14. For the first order I had opted for cash on delivery so amount is paid. But in case of second order I paid in advance. However neither of the order has been delivered to. I have contacted them a number of times but to no avail. I have also not received the refund yet. Every time I am given the same reply that the products are being dealt with on priority basis and will be delivered the next day.

I want the refund of my money with suitable compensation for the both cases.
