Tecnocool is the authorised vendor of TVS. But last 10 months, we are not getting any payment, whereas our 14lac is due. The local Kolkata office has given up their responsibilities & directed us to contact HO. We do not know anybody of TVS HO. What we can do? We are very small proprietorship farm, 15 lac is huge to us. My financial & mental condition is very serious. Anybody pls help.
