My terrible experience with ebay • My PaisaPay ID: 37180042504, AVB No 770923187900, bought a Provogue Black and Red Tracksuit(251609065117), Estimated delivery date:by Thu, 28-Aug. I never received it. Made an “eBay Guarantee* claim – 660238. But thereafter my torment started. Called customer care several times. They promised refund. Nothing happened. • Then I chatted with customer care (Customer Support Chat Transcript – SR# 1-37434052880) and (Customer Support Chat Transcript – SR# 1-3769550161) and (Customer Support Chat Transcript – SR# 1-37960294044) and (Customer Support Chat Transcript – SR# 1-37963881808). They also assured refund within 48 hours. No refund came. Here, I am more than two months after my online purchase: no response and no resolution of my claim. I feel I have been defrauded and cheated of my precious money by ebay.

I want my money back.
