I order Swift 3 Channel RC Omni Directional Gyro Helicopter from SnapDeal Shopping Site. I received the product without 1 USB Flexible Single LED Light & 6 AA Panasonic Batteries for that I made a complaint (No is 11669184) for that I received reply as follows.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that we are offering you a compensation of Rs.200 /- for the missing item in the form of SD cash. We request you to kindly revert to us along with your confirmation for the same so that we can proceed further.
