eshop12.com Poor Service – Review

I ordered a laptop from eshop12.com on Nov 4, 2014. And Nov 6, 2014 I called them to know my status of shipment. They told that model is not available, so they suggest another model with same configuration & I agree it. And Nov 10 & 11th I called them. That time only they told delivery service is not available. And immediately I told them to cancel my order & refund my money immediately. But they cancelled my order on Nov 17, 2014 only. And Nov 18, 2014 I called them & ask for the reference number. But they told reference number is not available. Till now (25.11.2014) that amount is not received to my account. I tried to call them, but that f**king guys didn’t attend my call.
