i purchased spice mobile model no. spice pinnacle pro mi 535 from homeshope18 mobole application worth rs 6999 on 17th nov and i got delivery of the mobile on 20th nov. my complain is that the mobile is not as good as homeshop18 showed in their tv show. i purchased it by watching the tv show on their channel. but the product i mean mobile is not as the standard as they saw us on tv program. i asked customer care to give me full refund 2 days ago, but they didn’t contact me yet.

I want to return the product(mobile), and i want my full money refund 6999 rs. thats it 6999 refund as soon as possible
