I’ve purchased re seller hosting with Bigrock. With hosting services they provide emails as well. Recently I tried their mailing services but they said I have to purchase separate service for that. I was communicating with them since 7th, November 2014. But they were taking too much time in replying. Multiple times they provide me wrong information as well.
I want all the compensation from Bigrock. Either to provide me all the services in proper manner or help in migration to other service provider.
