Reg: Policy No. 01943521 – Unit Linked policy from ING Vysya Life Insurance, Kothaguem.

I am K. Vijaya Laxmi, working as a Private Employee.
one agent belonging to Ing Vystya life insurnace canvassed me for an Life Insurance Policey and i was not aware of the details of the policy.the agent didnt reveal me the features and benefits of the policy. she forced me to sign the propal form thourgh i was not interested. she could not explained the features of the policy the lay got me pay Rs. 24,000 towards half yearly premium under the above cited Policy. I got the policy doucment delivered to me by post on 23rd August’ 2010. i dont want to continue with this policy i have returened the policy document along with request to this effect to the Insurance Company. Previous week when i contacted the company in person the manager and the other staff could not guide me properly in the matter of getting the policy cancelled and getting back my money. I reuest your goodselves to looking to this matter and instruct the company to cancel the policy which was sold to me forcefully and returned my hard earned money at the earliest.
