Regarding my no. 9873629xxx First I made payment on 1-10-14 of Rs. 230 (Transaction ID MHDF3503631573) against bill No. 0236341215 before due date 7-10-14 but after so many complaints Vodafone updated this payment on 16-10-14. Then Vodafone charged late payment fine of Rs 25 in next bill No. 0240889314. I made payment against this bill on 2-11-14 of Rs. 230 (Transaction ID AHDF3540647083) before due date 7-11-14. Again in next bill no. 0245514479 previous payment of Rs. 208.58 is still showing pending. Last Payment receipt is in attachment.

I want that vodafone improve their customer service and resolve this issue before the due date. And whatever will be your cost that should be beared by the vodafone.
