I bought this phone from flipkart website on January 2014 right from start this hand set had lot many issues like hanging problem, battery issue etc and in August 2014 I had a issue with hearing speaker So on 15 october 2014 I went to Sony authorize service center (1/15 1st floor, lalita park, opp. metro pillar no.26-near lalita park Gurdwara sahib, Laxmi nagar Delhi-Delhi-110092) and when I submitted the phone they simply took a snap of liquid intrusion indicator and said it will be repaired out of warranty means they didn’t even bother to check whether its because of that or any other issue is there here I would like to inform you that it was only 9 months old it was in guarantee period then customer executive updated the wrong mobile no. in job sheet after 15 days when I went to collect my phone the delivery said that you did not attend their phone so handset came unpaired then again I asked him to correct my mobile no. after 3 days I received a call from customer care that you phone has been returned as you did not received their phone call then again I went to service center and I was shocked to see that my mobile number was not updated in their records and when I asked them the reason they arrogantly said I need to create a new job sheet so next day I took a leave from office and revisited service center then I received a call from customer executive that repair cost will be Rs 700 so I gave them approval then after on Tuesday (18/11/2014) I again received a phone call from customer executive that your estimate amount is Rs 13663 means it straight away shooed up from Rs 700 to Rs 13663 so I denied and asked them to return the phone and in total 40 days I received my phone and I saw phone is totally junk when I submitted issue was only with hearing speaker but now MP3 player is not working, video sound is not working and sound in headphone mode is also not working these SONY guys totally ruined my handset I spent 33000 rupees and I received nothing.
I need my handset to be repaired in guarantee without any charges and reimburse my new handset money which I was forced to buy because of 40 days delay from customer service side.
