I subscribed to the magazine The Book Review through the website of Scholars Without Borders on 17 October 2013 paying Rupees 1050 through SBI netbanking (ccavenue as intermediary). Eventhough I have informed them several times about the non receipt of the magazine, they have not sent me a single issue so far.

I have contacted the company to no avail for the past several months through mail and by telephone. It has so far cost me a lot of time and energy. The magazine is much in demand in our career library and I’m answerable to the college authorities. I’m being taken to task for this supposed negligence.

I want to receive the magazine for one year from the next issue onwards and as compensation a minimal sum of 200 rupees.
