Dear sir, Flight ticket has been booked 15 days back to the travel date varanasi to delhi.When the time came and my wife arrived at the airport for check in that time it was inform that the flight has been cancelled. No information given for flight cancellation,generally i use to get call if any cancellation or delay happen.But this time as such no information. Due to this we have to opted for current booking which costed around 3 times more than the original amount of the original ticket.If proper information was given in time i would have opted some other flight prior to the planned date and it would not be that much costly.

Sir, Total amount what i had paid for current booking was INR 14534. And the original cost of the ticket was INR 5152 at the time of booking. Apart from that the passenger was my wife she was traveling alone.It was by chance the she had carried ample of amount of cash for some specific purpose which was used for the current booking. What if she was not having cash.
