I have purchased Lenovo A269i mobile on 15th march. The phone worked well for first 2 months. Later on the phone used to hang while in the conversation. Even when trying to call some one, the call will be going after 3 minutes once i hit the dial button. I have given my mobile at service center regarding the same issue for 4 times till now. My mobile last service is on 8th December 2014. I have contacted the support center by phone. Each time I ask say about the issue, they just ask to give it at the service center and we will repair it. Its not fair even after giving for the 4th time service they say the same thing. I have even mailed regarding this to the midhcare@lenovo.com . There is no proper response from them.

I need the refund amount for my mobile. And I don’t want to use that mobile any more.
