New India Assurance Mediclaim Settlement Review

I was hospitalized twice in 2014, both the time my bill was around 50,000. I just got reimbursement of 10,000 both the times. 1st time when I asked my New India Assurance Agent he said cant help this is the only amount you are eligible for. 2nd time also same thing happened, after several phone calls Agent asked us to bring all bills again and we submitted to him, and again he misplaced them, he again asked for duplicate copies, now when we are calling the agent he is not answering our calls and messages. he says he is busy. for the 1st case he is saying its too late cant help now.

I need my claim amount for both the time of hospitalisation with interest.I need strict action taken againt agent as he is not answering my calls and msgs. he gives reasons that he is busy in meeting, in train in bus.even 1 yr back same think happened with my mother’s claim.
