I would bring to your kind notice that BSNL prepaid service on my mobile no:9489339681 on Vasantham plan has activated CALLER TUNEs service with a bad song in odd hours of at around 11:43:32pm on 21.09.2010 while i was asleep without my or my dependendants or representatives request through +56700 number as a service numberand it is charged around 28 to 30 rupees which is deducted from my prepaid account. I have not made any out going calls or any messages requests to BSNL prepaid service or any other customers from 20/09/2010 9:57pm onwards to 21/09/2010 4.10pm.
I tried my best to complain about this and to get negotiated through subscriber call centre services and customer care service in BSNL trichy circuit. Finally the the outcome of my try is an advice to go to Consumer court with a copy of complaint to you of Hard and soft copies. Thank you.
