Hello sir/Mam I ordered(order no:11312411) a product from Yepme.com on 26thdec,2014. i got a message telling they shipped the product from speedpost on 28th and gave me tracking number. which i couldn’t trace. i tried calling them several time but got connected only on 30th. they told already they dispatched. on 31st evening they placed the order in speedpost. the time for reaching of product is 2nd jan,2015. i have not received the item and not getting support from them. the site says we can cancel the order even after dispatching but there is no option in their site to cancel order. please help me solve this option and take necessary actions to develop online shopping by strong rules against these kind of cheaters Thanks VIKAS
