Eureka Forbes Not received Tax invoice Service Card

There are 2 issues which I would like to highlight: a. I purchased this Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner in the month of November and paid 100% amount in advance. Product has been delivered but I haven’t received the Tax Invoice yet. I have followed up even with the area Manager (Mr. Veerabadraya – 9900909xxx) but haven’t received the invoice. Are these guys not providing invoice knowingly? Are they trying not to pay Tax? b. While ordering the Vacuum cleaner, I was told by the sales Representative that it will be under Life Time Free Service and you would receive a letter along with the product. I haven’t received any such letter from “Eureka Forbes” yet even after multiple follow-ups. Need your assistance to ensure that such menace in the society are punished.

I want my invoice copy along with a Life Time Free Service guarantee on “Eureka Forbes” letter head. Furthermore, I have underwent a lot of mental agony due to their laid-back attitude. I want “Eureka Forbes” to be penalized for the same.
