Sir, this is karthik,i got a brand new iberry auxus 5.5 mobile through online on august and using this mobile on a month only the firmware corrupted,and the customer care at mumbai also helpless.so that i sended to chennai customer care.at their also i sended twice but they also failed to repair so i asked for replacement and they are not ready for it.

my mobile should be replaced,and i need them to refund my courier amount and also for my mental disturbance and wasting my precious time on this product.
