I have purchased some products from shopclues.com on 12-December-2014. My order number is 29578763. Since shopclues have some issues with shipment call center executive asked me to cancel the order, according to which I cancelled my order. I am waiting for my refund of my money. I have made 4 calls to the call center and asked to transfer my call to senior executive to which nothing is happening. Kindly look into this.

I need the refund of my money since I didnt get products due to shipment issues.
