I had called Reliance Broadband customer complaint no 198 for my issue that internet is not working which is required for me at that tame on urgent basis. but the executive not took my complaint and talked in a very bad manner using rough words. After all they did not resolve my problem when i called again and complained for the both(internet and misbehavior of staff) with a complaint no 229245649. Recording of the talk with the customer care executive is attached below.

Internet was very much urgent at that time as i need to send some very urgent mails regarding my job. things are now came upto my job and i have to suffer from a very deep economic and mental problem because of that. I need the full compensation from the company which is appropriate for the damage i had faced.
