I am Airtel prepaid user.My mobile no. is 9557144515.On 23-9-10 I recharged by Rs98 and activate GPRS PLAN to get 2GB to use. On 29-9-10 company temporarly close my number without any reason.when I call to shopkeeper where i purchased my sim then my sim has activated on 2-10-10.my balance was deducted by Rs14 and my 2020MB GPRS memory which was left till 29th sept.but after reactivation of sim my balnce was deducted for using gprs. kindly give deducted balance and unused gprs memory.
