I was told that if I will buy a canon printer than under offer i will be getting a bag worth 1000 INR. The printer was delivered and a payment was made to the delivery agent. But on inquiring it again with them, I was told that this offer was already closed long back. However, if agent has committed than we will try to give you. Despite repeated followups, till date it has not been delivered and now I am neither happy with the company service and the product as it is of very limited use for me. I want to return it back and want a refund. I have already told them multiple times even on the same day and subsequent day when it was delivered. Request you to please help for the same as now i do not want to even deal with the company considering very bad experience and too in very first time.
