I purchased Lenovo Laptop worth Rs 42200 from paytm, it was having 6000 cash back. it was damaged product i received. They took a reverse pickup and refunded 36220 to me and kept 6000 in paytm wallet. this means on the name of paytm wallet they are using public money. They are fraud. No customer care number even. Several complaints against paytm fraud. I want my remaining money in my bank account and not in paytm wallet.
